REMOTE ELECTRONIC THERMOSTAT FOR FAN COIL UNITS
KTREM is a microprocessor-based electronic thermostat that enables the remote management of a wide range of fan coil unit functions, meeting the most common installation requirements.
DESIGN
- Finish: glossy white
- Backlighting:
- Backlit buttons for clear operation in all lighting conditions.
- Backwall Lighting: rear wall backlighting.
- Sound interface: buzzers that can be activated for immediate feedback when touched.
FAN MOTOR AND OUTPUT MANAGEMENT
- Types of motor:
- Standard: direct power supply for single-phase asynchronous motors with 3 speeds.
- EST (Energy Saving Tecnology): 0-10 Vdc proportional control for brushless motors.
- Valve configuration:
- It supports up to 2 ON/OFF valves (230 V) or 2 proportional valves (0-10 Vdc).
- Electric heating integration:
- Possibility to manage an electrical heater using the output dedicated to the hot valve (configurable).
- Post-ventilation.
ADVANCED FUNCTIONS AND ENERGY SAVINGS
- Summer/Winter switch: manual or automatic (via air sensor or water sensor on board).
- Ventilation: thermostat-controlled, continuous or “Ventilation Only” mode.
- Precision comfort: setpoint adjustment in 0,5 °C intervals.
- Eco-Friendly: dedicated digital input for Economy mode or Window Contact for energy consumption management.
- Assisted maintenance: option to set Dirty Filter warning to ensure maximum hygiene and performance at all times.
SAFETY AND INSTALLATION
- Motor safety: analogue input specifically for monitoring alarms on brushless motors.
- System protection: Antifrost function always active and safety Key Lock of the buttons.
- Adjustable parameters: technical parameters protected by password to prevent tampering after testing.
